The customer service was top notch. The room was surprisingly large and we didn't feel cramped at all! The bed was incredibly soft - so much so, that we didn't get up until later into the day several days of our trip! The bathroom was also a large size. Everything was incredibly roomy and comfortable. We were in a great location, which made it very easy to get to the metro station and get to wherever we needed to go very easily. Highly recommend this hotel.

Love the location of the hotel, the metro station was very close, the location has a lot of beautiful cafes, eateries, and restaurants around which made it really convenient. There's also a pharmacy nearby if you need anything. Staffs were all very friendly and lovely. Rooms are small but cosy and comfortable. The hotel is very clean as well.

Comfortable accommodation in a perfect location close to the Lourve and public transport. Supermarkets were nearby as were lots of nice restaurants. Friendly staff who made our stay very enjoyable. The complimentary hot chocolate was just what we needed after a day of exploring Paris.
